You are:
A manufacturing magician with the know-how to help clients improve every aspect of how they make things. You keep a finger on the pulse of the industry to identify new trends and opportunities for improvement. And you help clients adapt to those changes, managing teams and sharing your expertise with other consultants.

The work:
• Make manufacturing processes faster and more efficient, cost effective and relevant to innovations
• Research and analyze the industry and clients to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Help design, develop and carry out business operating models – including vision, strategy, governance structures, performance metrics and more
• Take part in change management activities and develop communications, training and job aids to help carry out improvements
• Share your knowledge of manufacturing with clients
• Manage teams and/or projects at a client or within Accenture
• Contribute to the growth of the Products Industry X.0 practice by helping with: new business proposals and presentations, recruiting and mentoring less experienced consultants

Qualifications

Here’s what you need:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
• At least 5 years’ experience, including 3 years in manufacturing at a blue-chip manufacturing company in a technical position – such as Process Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Production Supervisor or Continuous improvement Specialist
• At least 1 year working as a consultant


Bonus points if:
• You have a Master’s Degree
• You’re great at working creatively in a problem-solving environment, bringing your serious smarts in research, analysis and diagnosis
• You’re effective in a team environment and have the track record to prove it
