Business Process Specialization professionals apply expertise in a specific business process delivery capability (or capabilities) to ensure services are delivered in a manner consistent with our Standard Delivery Solutions and Service Level Agreements and drive continuous improvement.

 

The Business Interlock Specialist (Session Planner)understands the client's operating environment and business strategy, organization structure, and learning and collaboration approach. Implement and support solutions related to the client's capability strategy; taking ownership for a portion of the capability strategy and managing the development and deployment of the various components associated with it. Focus on one or more strategies, such as the training strategy, talent strategy, and social learning, depending on the specific needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for establishing, developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Translates high level requirements received from the Strategic Delivery Planner into detailed training delivery plans for medium complexity programs generally expected to be at the course level and targeted to audiences of senior managers
  • Collaborates with customers to create and maintain short term and long term course delivery plans and schedules
  • Advises customers on the delivery strategy at a course level to ensure that it can be delivered within client parameters
  • Prepares course delivery budgets and corresponding tuition rates, and communicates to gain approval from customer
  • Supports the Strategic Delivery Planner in the annual quarterly delivery planning process
  • Monitors the progress of the session setup and execution activities for the planned sessions
  • Communicates, escalates and resolves program, course and training session issues involving curriculum, financial, faculty, participant, and logistics with Strategic Delivery Planner and customer
  • Develops deep understanding of the customers business objectives and expectations for the program
  • Provides session evaluation reports and recommendations for continuous improvements to Strategy Delivery Planner after sessions are completed

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience within a Learning Delivery environment
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a global service delivery environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor's degree
