As an Entry Level Functional Analyst, you will: 

• Assist with identification, assessment, and recording of near, medium and longterm business needs and technology solutions.
• Support activity and data modeling, development of modern business methods, identification of best business practices, and creating and assessing performance measurements.
• Prepare and track project plans for project inception to completion.
• Assist with facilitation of the implementation of new functionality, training and troubleshooting.
• Participates in effective problem solving.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Prepares and participates in frequent business presentations.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with business and technical personnel at all levels.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in Requirements Analysis, Functional Design or Application Testing and/or college coursework acceptable
  • Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree or 2 years of work experience in lieu of degree
  • US Citizenship 
Preferred skills and qualifications:
  • Preferred Majors -  Computer Science/MIS 
  • 1-year experience in working with business process re-engineering 
  • 6 months of SAP school related experience with a supply chain management background 
  • 6 months of production support or helpdesk experience 
  • Good computer skills, understanding of MS Excel and Outlook 

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
