YOUR ROLE:

As a Senior Manager in CI&G, your responsibilities could include:

  • Creating and shaping industry-leading business transformation solutions and delivery teams that differentiate clients from their competitors
  • Providing subject matter expertise to senior clients on key methodologies, approaches and market trends in the industry
  • Developing deep relationships with clients and becoming a trusted advisor to senior leaders including the C-Suite
  • Driving internal practice development, business development opportunities, and proposals to both existing and new clients
  • Leading customer experience-led business transformation for a client’s entire enterprise, touching multiple functions
  • Advising executives on the design of the future operating model, process and/or technology roadmap for their marketing and sales functions
  • Scoping, building, and managing project teams across multiple functions to align with budget and key financial metrics
  • Program management and senior level client communication across multiple project workstreams

Trade Promotion within CI&G

      Trade Promotion Management professionals develop and delivery business solutions for Consumer Goods companies in commercial services or route to markets. You help clients to improve the effectiveness of how their Sales and Marketing organizations manage trade programs including spend optimization, organization, and solutions.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of Consulting or equivalent industry experience with CPG commercial processes (trade promotions, sales agreement, sales force automation, incentives management, retail execution), drivers, and best practices Experience leading functional workshops
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience with Shopper Marketing and Price Optimization with business case development and benefit modeling
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing multiple project teams/work streams
  • Bachelors' Degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Customer Goods and Services industry experience (sales, product development, marketing, pricing, customer experience, Trade Promotion etc...)
  • An awareness of key methodologies, approaches, competitive landscape and market trends in the Consumer Goods and Serviced industry
  • Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to synthesize large amounts of information
  • Experience working through organizational change, with a demonstrated track record of continuing responsibilities, creativity, and innovation

  • Advanced degree in area of specialization such as business or marketing
