The Project Integration Specialist will interact with the site lead at the construction site and provide daily status updates to the government IMS lead on work performed at the site and any deviations from the design-builder’s published schedule. The Integration Specialist will have a working knowledge of the use and manipulation of MS Project files, to include data residing in multiple complex sub-projects residing both locally and on remote server locations.

Other responsibilities include:
• Understand construction schedule at the highest level of detail, and communicate its nuances to the rest of the team
• Create, modify, and filter network schedules from various information sources
• Perform quality control and quality assurance analysis of schedule data to ensure integrity of related data links in an environment of ongoing and continuous schedule data change
• Conduct weekly schedule update engagement sessions with each of the Assistant Program Managers and Schedule POC
• Provide ad hoc support to IMS Lead in development and publication of standard and tailored schedule products
• Define and communicate impacts of schedule variance on schedule critical path, near critical paths, task/activity float, and impacts of changes on linked/related program tasks/activities & risks

Basic Qualifications: 
  • 1-3 years of Project Management experience managing/integrating complex project schedules
  • 1-3 years of strong Microsoft Project skills
  • 1-3 years of experience with Visual basic coding and scripting
  • Must have strong presentation/communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior supervisory experience 
  • Data analytics experience 
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
