Job Description

SAP professionals design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals. Maintain skills in SAP applications process design and configuration; SAP application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and SAP application technical architecture.

SAP-CRM-Sales and Service professionals design, implement and deploy SAP customer relationship management solutions for sales, marketing, service management, mobility and customer interaction.

Work you’ll do:

As an SAP SD/OTC Manager, you will align technology with business strategy, working directly with the client gathering requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes.

Responsibilities:

Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals.

Interacts with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.

Has some latitude in decision-making. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.

Decisions have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility.

Manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.


Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on SAP OTC or SAP SD configuration/implementation experience (ECC or Cloud)
  • Minimum of 6 months hands-on/project experience with S4 HANA  migrations and implementations OR S/4 HANA Training or Certification
  • Minimum of 1 full lifecycle SAP implementation
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years or 6 years plus an Associate’s Degree)
  • Experience leading teams of 5+, including offshore teams
  • Minimum 1 year leading full-scale projects in a project manager role, including resource allocation, fiscal responsibility, etc

  • It is currently our objective to assign our people to work near where they live. However, given the nature of our business and our need to serve our clients our employees must be available to travel when needed. This role requires 100% travel flexibility to travel and work onsite with clients
