Application Development Associate Manager (Multiple Positions)
Application Development Associate Manager (Multiple Positions) (Accenture LLP; Austin, TX): Develop or update project plans for information technology projects, including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing. Analyze and solve moderately complex problems. Develop system specifications and interfaces for moderately complex components. Create operational documentation for applications. Provide primary support for installation of application releases into production. Maintain applications according to SLAs. Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS) of information technology projects. Work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system roll-outs, major/minor enhancements, and/or ongoing maintenance of existing applications. Understand strategic direction and implement methods and procedures set by management. Work with team members to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications. Provide performance feedback for project team members.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.
• Of the required experience, 5 years of experience must be in each of the following: Healthcare Technology environment working with Medicaid, Claims processing, Managed Care Long Term Care, and/or other Health and Human Services Information Systems; using Business Analysis competencies, including requirements facilitation and management, UI modeling, business process mapping, data flow modeling, functional specifications, gap analysis, and test scenarios; Medicaid functional areas, including eligibility and claims, processing long term care claims, and authorizations; and usability standards and user interface design using Visio, Snag-it, and Mock-plus. Of the required experience, 4 years of experience must be in each of the following: Database query language, including, SQL, SAP, and BOXI and scripting; SOAP UI testing, Interface testing, and using XML for setting up configurations; Quality Center Tool, Quantum Choice Claims Engine, and EDIFICES Tool; and mapping and building existing and new transactions with Medicaid Healthcare HIPPA/EDI (837, 277, 270, 271, 278, and 999). Of the required experience, 2 years of experience must be in scripting automated functional testcases using tools, including SILK and/or Selenium.
• Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
