IT Operations professionals support infrastructure operations and/or manage delivery for IT production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements.
The BigFix Imaging Administrator will work from the Accenture client location and interact with customer daily. This professional will serve as subject matter expert for BigFix tool for image management, and will be on-call on a rotational basis for critical issues. Will also serve as an escalation point of contact for off-shore delivery team. 
  • This role require candidate to work from client location and interact with client on a daily basis
  • Extensive experience using BigFix tool for image management and in general for Desktop Management
  • Experience with managing VDI environment for enterprise organizations
  • Be on-call on a rotational basis for critical issues
  • Strong Knowledge IBM BigFix, previously IBM Endpoint Manager (IEM)
  • Managing the tool administration of IBM BigFix
  • Integrating IBM BigFix into other products (representational state transfer (REST)Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP)
  • Hands on experience on Big Fix administration, OS Security patching, Fix let/baseline/Task execution, installation and configuration of agents/relays
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • An In-Depth understanding of Application Packaging
  • Troubleshooting experience for desktop related issues
Basic Qualifications 
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in BigFix Administration 

Preferred Skills

  • Certification in IBM Big Fix – Bonus
