As the marketing lead for Accenture Interactive Operations, you will own and drive the marketing and communications strategy and program development to help accelerate growth and to increase penetration for this new business/offering.

  • You are business savvy and are known for your flexibility and agility to act fast and be responsive to changing business needs.
  • You love the challenge of developing compelling, consistent and accurate messaging that is integrated across all marketing and sales channels.
  • You come up with big ideas for a highly competitive market space including driving issues-based content agenda, that you can deliver on.
  • You are extremely capable of working across businesses and with very senior stakeholders to create win-win solutions.
  • You have experience working with and targeting the CMO and CDO.
  • You have the ability and experience to create the right mix of marketing activities to support business goals – from broad image, internal communications through to supporting the RFP process.
  • You are a subject matter expert to the analyst and media relations teams on marketing services, ensuring messaging and positioning are accurate and compelling in all briefing decks and materials. And you help prepare executive spokespeople for briefings.
  • You’re intellectually curious, have contagious enthusiasm alongside amazing project management skills.
  • You’re interested in what’s going on in the world of digital – from analytics, automation, AI, and cloud, you like spotting and sharing relevant business trends.
  • You’re ready to roll up your sleeves and manage the development, packaging and internal marketing of sales enablement materials and other client-ready content, working with offerings leads, as well as the sales enablement, competitive intelligence and research functions.
  • You know how to work with credentials teams and account executives in the business to ensure specified offerings are brought to life with compelling case studies that are effectively communicated across all relevant media and channels in both organizations.
  • You champion operational excellence.
  • You’ve worked with global marketing colleagues before, so you are great at managing and orchestrating a team and collaborating whatever the team’s location as well as working independently at times.

Further Details

  • Reporting to: Marketing & Communications Associate Director, Accenture Operations Business Process Services.
  • Working with: Accenture Operations business stakeholders and offering and channel marketing teams, and a range of marketing colleagues across brand management, advertising, events, sponsorship, media, recruitment, digital, as well as agencies and partners. 

YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree, or other 4-year university degree.
  • Work experience: Minimum of 15 years of marketing experience.

SET YOURSELF APART: Preferred Skills

  • Experience developing and delivering successful creative digital campaigns across websites, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, SlideShare, YouTube and Instagram for organic and paid activity.

  • Assertive, articulate and agile in your work style.
  • Passion for strategic, well-executed marketing programs.

Work Requirements: Minimal travel.
