Job Summary

The Data Management Technical Integration Specialist will lead technical integrations, implementations and data strategy for Adtech and Martech solutions to create more personalized customer experiences.  The role will work with C-level executives, solution architects, IT managers, and digital marketers to architect, implement, and integrate Data Management Platforms (DMPs) and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) with Adtech and Martech platforms.  You will work with industry leading digital marketing platforms such as DMPs, CDPs, DSPs, SSPs, ESPs, CMPs, CMSs, TMSs, and CDIMs, and the leading Marketing Clouds and Advertising Clouds from companies such as Adobe, Facebook, Google, Oath, Oracle, and Salesforce.

Here’s a snapshot of your responsibilities:

  • Perform Adtech and Martech assessments and develop integration and architecture implementation plans and roadmaps to help clients establish and achieve their data management and programmatic marketing vision
  • Support DMP consultative engagements, collaborating with other Accenture colleagues in data, analytics, as well as our clients’ agencies, to transform their marketing and analytics organization
  • Support our clients’ selection, integration and ongoing management of DMP and CDP solutions
  • Actively contribute to the development of Accenture’s data management platform offering by contributing to POVs, technical assets, and exchanging knowledge with colleagues
  • Perform web site and mobile SDK tagging through direct on-page and in-app deployments and via Tag Management Systems (TMSs)
  • Perform data scoping and analysis, data layer design, and user data file onboarding preparations and manipulations
  • Develop deep expertise with and configure and implement industry leading DMPs, TMSs, and CDPs from vendors such as ActionIQ, Adobe, Ensighten, mParticle, Lytics, Nielsen, Neustar, Oracle, Salesforce, and Tealium
  • Design and implement data management platform integrations, including file onboarding, API, and server to server integrations
  • Collaborate with Adtech and Martech for the successful delivery of client projects
  • Develop DMP and CDP implementation and integration project plans and manage projects deliverables to completion
  • Lead meetings and calls, conduct trainings, and deliver presentations with clients and partners

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • 1+ years of experience using / installing / customizing tags for DMPs, DSPs, TMSs, and/or web analytics solutions
  • 1+ years of experience performing technical implementation and integration work for DMPs, CDPs, and/or TMSs
  • 1+ years of experience utilizing, configuring and/or managing DMPs, CDPs, TMSs, and/or Digital Analytics platforms (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
  • Strong understanding of how data moves from first-party experience platforms such as web sites, CRM and mobile apps to data management platforms such as DMPs, TMSs, and CDPs, through to paid media and experience optimization platforms such as SEM, DSP, SSP, ESP, and Marketing Automation.  
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree or higher in business, technical discipline or social sciences (e.g. economics, business, marketing, computer science, information technology)

Set Yourself Apart:

  • Experience with large client-facing projects, ideally in technical consulting, professional services, agency or other business-related services
  • Prior work experience working at or closely with one of the major Adtech companies that offer DMP, CDP, TMS, SSP, and / or DSP products (Examples include: Adobe, BlueKai, Krux, Neustar, Oracle, Salesforce, RocketFuel, Turn, etc.)
  • Passionate about data driven marketing, programmatic media, digital analytics, omni-channel personalization, cross device identity management, and Adtech and Martech platforms
  •  Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics such as (CPM, eCPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, ROAS, AOV, LTV, Conversion Rates, etc.)
  •  Previous experience with Internet technologies (e.g., browser cookies, HTML, Javascript, web site development, etc)
  •  Strong understanding of end-to-end processes across marketing, sales, and service in large organizations
  • Strong network within the Adtech and/or Martech industry
  •  Solid understanding of the entire programmatic advertising ecosystem, specifically the intricacies of data ingest, ad operations, bidding processes, private and open exchanges, analytics, audience data management, and digital creative technologies
  • Can manually create test environments using basic HTML and JavaScript, along with vendor tags
  • Can QA web and application network activity using web developer tools such as Chrome
  • Developer Tools, HTTPFox, Charles and/or Fiddler
