As a Technology Change Management Analyst, you will lead the development of a robust training strategy to educate acquisition professionals on technology processes and expectations.
 
Additional Responsibilities Include:
  • Create all materials to support the training strategy, including stakeholder analysis, training material creation, training metrics/measurement etc.
  • Lead development of comprehensive change management strategy to support deployment of the Business Intelligence Technology Network
  • Serve as the go-to POC for the Business Intelligence Technology Network
  • Support training and change management sustainment activities, including metrics measurement and ad hoc training requests
 
Basic Qualifications:
  • 1 year of experience creating a change management plan (and supporting materials) in alignment with the training strategy
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • US Citizenship
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
