Bachelor’s degree and JD (or equivalent) from top law school
Minimum of 8 years of experience practicing as an attorney with a national or international law firm and/or in-house legal department
Substantial experience advising on multi-jurisdictional M&A, including acquisitions and divestitures, and equity investments
Strong preference for experience advising strategic buyers
- Strong executive presence
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Sound judgment and business acumen
Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
