People in our Client Delivery & Operations career track drive delivery and capability excellence through the design, development and/or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering. They grow into delivery-focused roles, and can progress within their current role, laterally or upward.

Business Process Delivery professionals execute repeatable core business processes and/or technical transactions with a focus on efficiency, first-time quality and overall continuous process improvement.

Job Description

Customer Service Delivery professionals includes the management of customer interactions to increase customer satisfaction and improve service quality.

Service Enablement professionals promote activities associated with enabling the customer and providing service support.

The Buyer executes activities related to supply chain functions and ensure that daily targets are met and quality is maintained as per SLA Operations metrics. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Reviews list of needed parts and determine what parts are already in inventory and for parts not in inventory 
  • Generates signal to purchasing group to buy the part 
  • Must adhere to Client s procurement policies and procedures

Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience 
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with MS Office Access and Excel 
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma GED 
  • Must be a US Citizen 

Preferred Qualifications 
  • Bachelor s degree
  • Experience in Procurement of Supply Chain
  • Experience with FAR/DFAR
  • Experience with military proposals

  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment
  • Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
