Job Description

Infrastructure Architects professionals demonstrate skills and specific experience in selecting, sizing, configuring and testing hardware infrastructure components, covering one or more of the Server, Storage and Network domains, and in estimating the required implementation effort and costs.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.
Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems.
Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.
Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance.
Decisions often impact the team in which they reside.
Manages small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture


Key Responsibilities:


Experience in in adjunct contact center application like NICE, Symon, IEX. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills verbal and written.Knowledge on ITIL ITSM framework would be an added advantage.Good in MS Office application like Excel, Power Point etc.Cisco Certifications Genesys Certifications trainings attended.ITIL Foundation Certified

Basic Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 8 years experience on Contact center telephony, VoIP signaling standards and telecommunications protocols.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Voice support, Cisco Contact center solution knowledge and basic networking knowledge.

Preferred Skills:


  • Must Have Managing and troubleshooting the Contact Center environment consisting of ICM, CVP, CUSP, CUCM, SIP Voice Gateways, Unity.
  • Experience in Application Maintenance Development knowledge on Cisco CVP with VXML scripting.
  • Build and develop inbound call flow for Cisco ACD.
  • Managing day to day incidents thru ITSM tool and flexible to work in any shift.
  • Managing alerts from monitoring tools, Implement change requests on core components in the platform adhering to standard change control processes.
  • Update Technical Functional design document, Data center support and deployment experience
