The primary role of the Payments Compliance Site Lead is to oversee and lead the compliance project for success. The site lead will coordinate, help develop strategies, and provide solutions for escalations from their teams in order ensure deliverables, services, and SLAs are met. The role will also require the Site Lead to build client relationships, sync with their Operations Manager with status reports, be involved with the recruitment process, assist with escalations and mentor and coach their analysts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading governance meetings with senior management client partners
  • Design and Implement frameworks for controlled operations across locations and ensure global compliance
  • Hire & terminate and manage performance appraisals for team and pulling in additional resources when needed e.g. specialist teams or people for specific issues opportunities
  • Successful service delivery SLA achievement and high level of customer satisfaction Service reporting and sponsoring service delivery meetings
  • Following up if service delivery is not meeting expectations and removing all obstacles to customer satisfaction and or financial performance
  • Working with the client and operations teams to identify and manage service improvement activities


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of Delivery People Management experience
  • Minimum of 1 years in compliance, fraud, or risk analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Building & Managing Scale Operations
  • Lead governance meetings with senior management client partners
  • Ability to build a personal relationship with key client staff
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
  • Design and Implement frameworks for controlled operations
  • Removing all obstacles to customer satisfaction and or financial performance Communicating across organizational boundaries
