Management Consulting Manager (Multiple Positions)

Responsibilities:

Management Consulting Manager (Multiple Positions) (Accenture LLP; Boston, MA): Design and implement business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on task relating to people and process. Design new business processes based on customer requirements and conduct user review sessions and run stakeholder agreement meetings. Translate the strategic direction and business objectives established by clients into holistic strategies and actions. Participate in diagnosing the problem and planning and leading the transformation. Implement programs/interventions that prepare the organization for implementation of new business processes. Leverage Accenture's methods, tools, and assets to design and deliver outcomes. Identify and assess complex problems and create solutions that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors which are implemented by the team. Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management. Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management. Interact with client or internal senior management.

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:  

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.


ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

· Of the required experience, 3 years of experience must be in each of the following: Utilizing Oracle Retail Merchandising System (v14 or v16) and Oracle RMS (workflows, data structure, integration bus, and base batches); utilizing SQL Developer, Putty (Unix), and Batch schedulers; utilizing Oracle Retail, including merchandizing, inventory movement, stock ledger, and transfers; analyzing, designing, and implementing large-scale data conversions from legacy and 3rd-party solutions into Oracle Retail, including the conversion of Supplier and Purchase Orders and Items into Oracle Retail; testing of all phases in the software development lifecycle, including Unit Test, Integration Test, System Functional Test, System Integration Test, End-to-End Test, and User Acceptance Test; utilizing HP ALM to support day-to-day testing activities and defect management; utilizing the Agile delivery methodology, including attending and participating in all Sprint Meetings (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, and Sprint Review) as well as utilizing Agile tools (JIRA and Confluence); and, leading teams located both on-shore and off-shore and planning/estimating to support resource and budget management.

· Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
