Products Technology Consulting – High Velocity ERP

YOUR ROLE:


As a Manager in our Technology Consulting business, you’ll often be: 

  • Leading teams that are delivering TPM + CBP transformation programs
  • Taking a leading role in the analysis and design of business processes enabled by SAP
  • Managing business development opportunities to bring innovative technology solutions and ways of working to clients
  • Leading the design and implementation of SAP CBP and TPM solution from account planning to advanced trade promotion optimization
  • Building and applying technical, industry, and functional knowledge to support efforts in selling opportunities to existing and new clients
  • Developing your deep skills as a Technology Consulting practitioner to ensure market and client relevance
  • Solving key business problems and challenges by enabling front office transformation, painting a picture of, and charting a journey from the current state to a “to-be” enterprise environment
  • Advising organizations on how to pivot to the “New IT”, enabling flexibility and adaptability within our client organizations through Agile and Multi-Speed IT with specific focus on SAP CBP, TPM, C4C and Hybris technologies.
  • Called upon to apply your solid understanding of SAP CBP, TPM, TPO solutions and disruptive technologies, including the following:
    • SAP TPM experience.
    • Deep experience with one or more of the following capabilities: Trade Funds Management, Trade Promotion Management, Trade Claims Management, Customer Business Planning.
  • Excellent client facing skills and working with clients for the following types of activities: business process design, key configuration workshops, GAP identification, RICEFW identification, Functional Design, Test Planning and Test Execution.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

You will have experience with most of the following:

  • Trade Promotion Management strategy, roadmap and design
  • Knowledge of underlying configuration in SAP TPM solution
  • Scoping and delivering technology innovation services
  • Application of design thinking as an approach to solving client problems
  • Experience in shaping and leading teams across multiple stages of the project delivery lifecycle
  • Passion for technology trends e.g. Mobility, Cloud, Digital, Collaboration

  • Experience within one or more of the retail, consumer goods, automotive or life sciences industries.
  • An ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple and logical manner
  • Experience understanding business challenges and explaining how our offerings and services provide value
  • Experience identifying a client’s high-level business needs and leading the creation of detailed functional specs and other documentation, such as requirement traceability matrices, work-flow diagrams and use-cases
  • Experience working through organizational change, developing and implementing creative solutions
  • Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues and synthesize large amounts of information 
  • Insights on key methodologies, approaches and market trends in the industry
  • An ability to inspire teams to deliver to a high standard in a suitable timeframe
  • Experience understanding team strengths, and the ability to coach and develop others.

It is our intention for our people to work where they live. However, in the context of our profession and serving our clients there may be times when you will need to travel.

 

Basic Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP TPM with 2 years’ experience as a Functional Lead and/or Solution Architect
  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in consulting or client facing roles
  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience managing teams/work streams
  • Weekly travel to US client sites required
  • Bachelors' Degree required

Professional Skill Requirements

  • Deep experience within consumer packaged goods industry
  • Comfort conveying both high-level and detailed information, adjusting the way ideas are presented to better address varying social styles and audiences
  • An ability to challenge a client's thinking by diplomatically providing an objective and independent point of view
  • An ability to identify opportunities based on your deep understanding of our offerings and our client’s issues
  • Experience managing large teams through complex situations, adapting quickly and helping others navigate change
  • Experience structuring activities that play to a team's strengths and provide opportunities for others to grow
  • Experience working through organizational change, developing and implementing creative solutions and closely partnering with clients to regularly confirm expectations are met and value delivered
  • Clear understanding of key methodologies, approaches and market trends in the industry
