Key Responsibilities
  • Ability to convert business logic/requirements to automations.
  • Understanding of Windows/Web/Java app integration with Pega Robotics.
  • Hands-on requirement analysis, design, development and code migration experience in Pega Robotics.
  • Troubleshoot and debug Pega Robotics automations for bug fixes.
  • Experience on Pega Robotics Management Console (OMC) for solution deployment and user group management.
  • Architect, Design and develop code and automation in Pega Robotics.
  • Analysis of Robotic Process Automation opportunity with in business processes.
  • Deploy RPA code to QA / performance and production.
Basic Qualifications 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with a Robotics Process Automation technology such as OpenSpan, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UI Path, Pega Robotics.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software programming concepts/object oriented Programming, WCF etc.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in change management tools like Sources Safe, Rational Clear Case.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle.
  • 80% travel commitment (Monday – Thursday).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with any robotic software, frameworks, and functional design. 
  • .net development experience.
  • Ability to convert business logic/req experience with any robotic software, frameworks, and functional design.
  • Understanding of Windows/Web/Java app integration with Pega Robotics.
  • Possess one of the following certifications: Pega robotic automation (open span) certification.
  • Previous Consulting or client service delivery experience.  
  • Specialization in functional area (CRM, deployment, etc.) or industry domain expertise.  
  • Experience with software architecture and SOA services implementation.  
  • Experience designing and developing process based solutions.
