Application Services Account Executive Senior Manager (Multiple Positions)
Application Services Account Executive Senior Manager (Multiple Positions) (Accenture LLP; San Jose, CA): Expand Accenture footprint of new technology services in digital, cloud, big data, enterprise applications, product engineering and application outsourcing within existing accounts and lead the pursuit of new account openings with technology services offerings. Identify new opportunity areas and buying centers, build relationships, ideate relevant offerings and solutions and lead the sales process end-to-end from ideation to closure. Develop new Client relationships and manage those effectively. Manage the SOW and provide status updates to clients for the work sold. Forecast and manage resource requirement optimally. Participate in, design, shape and execute sales and revenue plans for accounts and solicit stake holder buy in. Shape, develop and execute strategy and plans for creating and expanding new buying centers for Accenture Technology Services. Develop new client relationships and expand existing relationships to drive Application Services Sales. Define core campaigns around Accenture offerings and execute the campaigns to generate new revenue opportunities. Manage supply and demand, service quality, change orders, and recovery plans. Achieve Application Services sales net revenue and margin targets. Partner with Client Account Leads to drive incremental revenue growth through further expansion of footprint at client. Participate in Account planning and forecasting activities. Actively participate in developing the business plans for Application Services.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 7 years of experience (of which 5 years must be progressive post-baccalaureate) in sales, relationship management and account management in the IT services industry.
• Of the required experience, 5 years of experience must be in each of the following: Promoting new technology services in digital, cloud, big data, enterprise applications and application outsourcing; selling large deals in managed services, application outsourcing, outcome based service delivery and commercial models; proposal/RFP creation and leading RFP/proposal presentations; leveraging the global IT talent in providing solutions to customers; and, delivering large complex application services engagements.
• Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
