In this role, you will be part of our senior leadership team driving growth for Accenture in Turkey and expected to work seamlessly within Accenture and with our clients to shape and implement solutions that addresses our clients’ business needs.


Management Consultant Senior Manager professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:


  • Drives growth in new and existing clients by providing solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an indepth knowledge of organizational objectives and demonstrates to work creatively and analytically (strong diagnostic skills).
  • Involved in setting strategic direction, expectations with clients and supervisors to establish near term goals for area of responsibility
  • Be a thought-leader in Industry challenges, trends, solutions, economics
  • Possesses strong executive presence and credibility at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters
  • Has the flexibility to be capable of working independently as well as managing large teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture.
  • Has ability to enter new client environments and produce results through the use of practical skills that are easily transported between different industries
  • Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments and is comfortable with fast paced projects and high-pressure settings
  • Ensure smooth, on-time, on-budget delivery of services to our client while ensuring sound commercials for Accenture
  • Has strong analytics and ability to craft value propositions and business cases

  • 8+ years of experience from working within Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management, or FinTech industries)
  • 8+ years of prior experience defining, planning or leading transformational initiatives in a consulting or professional services firm(s) or as part of corporate strategy or transformational initiatives
  • 6+ years of experience managing people 
Professional Skill Requirements


  • Expert knowledge of trends and technology concepts through practical experience and via a keen interest in the latest innovation and thought leadership (e.g. Digital Customer and Commerce, Connected Vehicle, Connected Platform, Digital Enterprise)
  • A strong understanding of industry operations, dynamics and trends through experience in Financial Services 
  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, and strong executive presence
  • Lead roles in knowledge capital development
  • Lead roles in business development activities
  • Proven track record in client relationship development
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Attention to detail while managing competing priorities and tight time pressures
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to facilitate senior client meetings and drive conversations with firm leadership 
  • Desire to lead and motivate teams in dynamic and challenging work environments  
  • Results-oriented, self-directed, inquisitive, and entrepreneurial-minded
  • Solid history of successful program management experience
