Role Purpose
The Senior Security Sales Lead is responsible for originating, shaping, and closing large-scale cybersecurity opportunities across strategic client accounts. The role acts as the primary security growth owner, working with executive stakeholders to align security solutions to business strategy, risk posture, regulatory requirements, and digital transformation priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Growth Leadership
  • Own the end-to-end security sales lifecycle from pipeline origination through deal closure
  • Lead security account planning and embed security revenue into account growth plans
  • Originate and drive large security deals including business case and value development
  • Act as trusted security advisor to C-suite and Board stakeholders

Client Engagement & Advisory

  • Engage CIO, CISO, CRO and senior executives
  • Translate cyber risk into measurable business outcomes
  • Shape cybersecurity roadmaps and transformation initiatives

Solution Shaping & Deal Governance

  • Lead security solutioning with architects and delivery teams
  • Ensure commercial, delivery and risk alignment
  • Govern pursuit execution and deal quality

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Act as Security Account Lead where applicable
  • Mentor and coach sales and pre-sales talent
  • Contribute to practice growth and security eminence

10+ years in cybersecurity or enterprise technology sales
Proven success selling large, complex security engagements

  • Experience in selling the following:
  • Cloud Security
  • Managed Security Services
  • Identity and Access Management
  • AI Security
  • Security Assessments
  • Strong executive engagement experience
  • Executive presence
  • Strategic and commercial mindset
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills

Requisitos

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering or Business
  • CISSP, CISM, CCSP or cloud security certifications preferred
