The role also involves voice support, including handling inbound or outbound calls with employees or stakeholders.
By being part of our teams, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, from our office in Bucharest or Brasov, in a hybrid setup.
How you’ll make an impact:
Manage customers’ expectations;
Reconcile client’s accounts;
Receive and analyze the queries from our customers and make sure that they make their payment in time;
Work in various tools (such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Outlook or Excel).
Solves situations related to policies and holders queries with the help of specific finance procedures
Develops good client relationships and raises in time the risks related to client management / satisfaction
Subject to regular local supervision of progress against results.
Perform revenue recognition checks as per client policies and procedures
Requisitos
Skills that make your work successful:
You have advanced Turkish level & advanced English language skills;
You communicate easily;
Previous experience in F&A is nice to have;
Bachelor's degree or high school degree- mandatory requirement;
You are a team-player;
You can solve urgent matters;
You are reliable and proactive.
