🧩 Your Role
As a Young Graduate Business / Data Analyst within Industry X, you will support our clients throughout their digital transformation journey. You will work at the intersection of business, data, and technology, helping industrial organizations become more intelligent, efficient and sustainable.
You will contribute to both strategic assessments and implementation projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and international clients.
🔍 What you’ll do
- Define how to transform clients’ production and operational activities to make them smarter and more sustainable
- Lead and support client workshops and translate business requirements into functional solutions
- Design, build and implement innovative data-driven solutions
- Support change management in complex, international environments
- Participate in solution design, including blueprints, infrastructure design and data models
- Test prototypes, demonstrate solutions to stakeholders and support go‑live to production
- Conduct process, system and data analyses aligned with industry best practices
- Advise clients on technology trends and digital innovation
- Contribute to the development of new Industry X offers and capabilities

Requisitos
✅ What we’re looking for
🎓 Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an engineering school, business school, university or IT school
- Study orientation in Engineering, Industrial Sciences, IT, Data, Business or similar
💼 Experience
- First experience in Consulting, Industry or IT is a plus (internships, academic projects, student jobs)
🧠 Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Affinity with data and IT/OT transformations
- Experience or exposure to:
- Databricks
- Azure Data Factory
- Power BI (or similar BI tools)
- Basic programming skills and understanding of IT/OT architectures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
🌱 Mindset
- Curious, open-minded and eager to learn

- Critical thinker able to structure complex problems
- Adaptable and comfortable in changing environments
- Client-oriented with a proactive attitude
