We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Service Cloud and APEX development. The ideal candidate will handle complex technical implementations, collaborate across teams, and contribute to solution design within established architectural frameworks.
Responsibilities
Design and develop complex APEX solutions following best practices and patterns
Configure and customize Service Cloud features to meet business requirements
Create and maintain advanced triggers, classes, and Visualforce pages
Build and support integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems
Implement automated testing strategies and maintain code quality
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Participate in solution design discussions and technical planning
Provide technical guidance to junior developers
Create comprehensive technical documentation
Collaborate with business analysts to refine requirements
Work with QA team to ensure solution quality
Support production deployments and maintenance
Requisitos
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
3-5 years of experience with Salesforce development
Strong expertise in APEX programming and Visualforce development
Comprehensive understanding of Service Cloud features and capabilities
Experience with integration patterns and REST/SOAP APIs
Proficient in version control systems and deployment tools
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required
Platform Developer II certification preferred
Service Cloud certification a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
