Advertising Sales Representatives own and aggressively grow an assigned Book of Business, with full accountability for revenue attainment, advertiser spend growth, retention, and long-term value expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth across a portfolio of advertisers by expanding spend, pitching new tactics, and accelerating adoption of high impact advertising solutions.

  • Act as a trusted sales advisor by deeply understanding advertiser business objectives, performance goals, and competitive landscape and translating them into clear, revenue driving media strategies.

  • Proactively identify upsell, cross sell, and optimization opportunities, using performance data and market insights to unlock incremental budget and increase lifetime value.

  • Own the full sales cycle within existing accounts: opportunity identification, pitch, negotiation, objection handling, close, and post-sale growth.

  • Build and deliver compelling, data driven sales pitches and proposals, customized to advertiser maturity, vertical, and growth stage developed from scratch using platform capabilities, insights, and performance trends.

  • Use performance metrics, pacing, and ROI insights to influence advertiser decisions and drive increased investment.

  • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy using CRM tools and sales dashboards, with clear accountability to quota and growth targets.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for advertisers, owning both the commercial relationship and strategic guidance on platform usage and performance improvement.

  • Partner closely with support teams to remove blockers, resolve issues, and accelerate revenue outcomes for advertisers.

  • Continuously monitor account health, engagement, and KPIs, taking decisive action to prevent churn and maximize spend consistency and growth.

Requisitos

Required Experience & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in quota carrying B2B sales or account ownership, preferably within digital advertising, paid media, SaaS, or technology environments.

  • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth, pipeline creation, deal progression, and closes against clear sales targets.

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to sell value, influence budget decisions, and manage complex advertiser conversations.

  • High data fluency, with confidence using performance dashboards, CRM tools, and forecasting models to guide sales strategy and conversations.

  • Proven ability to turn performance data into persuasive insights and recommendations that drive advertiser action and increased spend.

  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with experience delivering virtual pitches to decision makers.

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 – written and verbal)

  • High School diploma

  • 1+ year of inside sales, ad sales, or account management experience

  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, paid media, and online marketing trends

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics 365) and productivity tools (Office / Google Suite)

  • Background selling to direct advertisers or managing performance driven media budgets
