Project Role : Engineering Services Practitioner
Project Role Description : Assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.
Must have skills : Aircraft Manufacturing

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting comprehensive engineering activities that span from initial problem identification to delivering effective technical solutions aligned with business goals. This role requires engaging with various aspects of engineering such as structural and stress design, qualification processes, configuration management, and technical oversight. The practitioner collaborates with multiple teams to ensure that engineering challenges are addressed methodically, applying a blend of scientific principles, socio-economic considerations, and hands-on experience to drive successful project outcomes and maintain high standards of technical excellence.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of engineering solutions with project requirements and business objectives.
- Maintain thorough documentation of engineering processes and decisions to support transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously update technical knowledge and skills to stay current with industry advancements and best practices.
- Support junior team members by sharing expertise and providing guidance to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of structural and stress analysis principles relevant to aircraft components.
- Experience with configuration management and technical documentation standards.
- Ability to apply scientific and socio-economic knowledge to engineering problem-solving.
- Familiarity with qualification and certification processes within the aerospace industry.
- Competence in using engineering tools and software to support design and analysis activities.

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Aircraft Manufacturing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
