Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Senior ServiceNow Platform / Solution Architect
Experience: 9–12 years (with strong ServiceNow platform focus)

Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Platform / Solution Architect who can lead the end-to-end design and execution of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The role requires deep expertise across CMDB, UX, AI (Now Assist), and SecOps, with the ability to translate high-level architecture into detailed, executable low-level designs for development teams.
The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, owning requirement discovery, solution design, governance, and technical direction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirement discovery workshops with business and IT stakeholders
Translate business requirements into high-level and low-level solution designs
Design scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow architectures
Create detailed technical design documents (LLDs) consumable by developers
Drive CMDB architecture, data model, discovery, and service mapping
Define and govern UX design standards using ServiceNow UI Framework / UI Builder
Design and implement AI/Now Assist use cases aligned to business value
Architect SecOps solutions including Vulnerability Response and Incident Response
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, standards, and guardrails
Support testing, deployment, and production readiness
Act as a technical SPOC for complex initiatives and escalations
Must-Have Skills & Experience
ServiceNow Platform Expertise
6+ years of hands-on experience on ServiceNow platform
Strong experience in CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping
Proven expertise in ServiceNow UX (UI Builder, Workspaces, Portal)
Experience with Now Assist / AI-driven use cases
Solid understanding of SecOps modules (VR, IR, integrations)
Architecture & Design
Ability to convert high-level solution architecture into detailed LLDs
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow data model, integrations, and APIs
Experience defining platform governance, standards, and patterns
Exposure to cloud strategies and enterprise IT landscapes
Requirement & Stakeholder Management
Proven experience in business requirement gathering
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Strong experience working with global stakeholders
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with ITSM, ESM, CSM implementations
Knowledge of MB Cloud / enterprise cloud strategies
Exposure to reporting & analytics integrations (e.g., data platforms)
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD – any relevant)
Soft Skills & Leadership Attributes (Critical)
Strong communication and storytelling skills
Ability to influence without authority
Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in ambiguous and fast-changing environments
