💼 Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Salesforce Business Analyst to join the Business & Technology Integration team. In this role, you will analyze business processes, identify organizational needs, and design technology-driven solutions that align business objectives with Salesforce capabilities.

You will work closely with stakeholders, contribute to strategic decision-making, and collaborate across multiple teams to deliver impactful business transformation initiatives.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze current business processes, systems, and operational models.

  • Gather, document, and synthesize business and technical requirements.

  • Design future-state business processes and technology solutions.

  • Develop detailed process maps and business documentation.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align business needs with Salesforce solutions.

  • Support business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance project scope and solution effectiveness.

  • Analyze data trends, customer feedback, and operational metrics to improve outcomes.

  • Collaborate across multiple teams and contribute to key business and technical decisions.

  • Mentor and support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.

    • Salesforce Development
