Job Qualifications
We are seeking a highly experienced professional in Collections and Order to Cash (OTC) processes, with a proven track record of driving results in cash flow optimization and customer account management.
As a Delivery Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring financial stability and operational excellence by leading end-to-end cash collection processes.
- Analyze and resolve moderately complex financial and operational problems.
- Design and implement new solutions, adapting existing methods and procedures when necessary.
- Understand and align with the strategic direction set by senior management, ensuring team goals are met.
- Interact with supervisors, peers, and client management to drive collaboration and efficiency.
- Make impactful decisions that directly influence team performance and client satisfaction.
- Lead small teams or manage individual work efforts within Accenture or at client sites.
- Work in rotational shifts when required, ensuring flexibility and adaptability.
You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical, focusing on Collections and Cash Application Processing. Your mission will be to maximize working capital, streamline billing processes, and ensure timely cash recovery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full collections cycle: from order receipt and credit authorization to revenue assurance activities.
- Conducting analysis and reconciliation of transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Applying unapplied cash, reconciling suspense accounts, and finalizing payment processes.
- Collaborating with customers to resolve queries related to cash applications and outstanding balances.
- Providing real-time visibility into revenue and cash flow, enabling strategic decision-making.
Requisitos
- Primary Skill: Order to Cash (OTC) – P4
- Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years in Collections , ideally 7–11 years overall in Finance Operations.
- Languages: English (C1), Spanish (C2)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
