We are seeking a skilled and experienced Test Lead to oversee testing activities for complex projects involving Web and SAP applications. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and communication skills to ensure high-quality delivery across end-to-end business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead testing efforts for large-scale projects, coordinating multiple testers and cross-functional teams.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including test script creation, execution, and defect management.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure effective validation.
Oversee testing of SAP applications with backend ECC integration and other modules.
Ensure coverage of end-to-end business process flows and critical integration points.
Contribute to test automation strategy; hands-on experience is a strong plus.
Requisitos
Role Requirements
Proven experience as a Test Lead managing complex projects (minimum 3 years).
Proficiency in testing Web and SAP applications.
Preferred knowledge of SAP I-SU / Utilities: connection objects, business partners, devices, installations, premises, etc.
Strong communication and leadership skills to engage diverse user groups.
Expertise in test discipline and management: planning, execution, and defect tracking.
Familiarity with test automation tools and strategies.
Experience with test management tools; qTest experience is a plus.
