Requisitos
Responsibilities:
As an Advanced Application Engineer, you will be responsible for work with the Application lead and the offshore team in India to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the secondary point of contact. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in Salesforce Experience Cloud is required. Advanced level of proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud is recommended. Configuration & Release Management at an Expert level of proficiency, Solution Architecture at an Advanced level of proficiency, Design & Build Enablement at an Advanced level of proficiency, and UI/UX Design at an Advanced level of proficiency are suggested.
Lead the team in implementing innovative solutions using Salesforce Experience Cloud
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience in Salesforce Service Cloud
Provide guidance on solution architecture best practices for optimal performance
Drive continuous improvement in design and build processes for maximum efficiency
