Requisitos
Client is seeking a highly skilled Workday Product Manager with expertise in Core HCM, Workday Security, and Program Management to drive the successful implementation and enhancement Workday platform. This role will be responsible for leading Workday initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless collaboration between business and technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, deep functional knowledge of Workday, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Workday Product Ownership: Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Workday initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Core HCM & Workday Security: Oversee Workday Core HCM functionalities, including business processes, employee lifecycle management, and compliance. Manage Workday Security, ensuring role-based access, data integrity, and security policies are enforced.
Program & Project Management: Develop and execute Workday implementation plans, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of key deliverables.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the bridge between HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors, translating business requirements into system configurations and solutions.
System Enhancements & Optimization: Identify opportunities for system enhancements, work with developers and Workday consultants, and drive continuous improvements.
Issue Resolution & Support: Lead troubleshooting efforts for system issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure Workday configurations comply with company policies, data security standards, and regulatory requirements.
Training & Change Management: Develop user guides, provide training to end-users, and support change management initiatives for Workday upgrades and new features.
Qualifications & Skills:
10+ years of experience in Workday HCM with a focus on Workday Security and Product/Program Management.
Strong expertise in Workday Core HCM, Business Process Configuration, Security Administration, and Reporting.
Demonstrated experience managing large-scale Workday implementations or enhancements.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA,, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Workday certification(s) in HCM and/or Security (preferred).
