Build your skills and get a feel for life at one of the world’s biggest professional services companies.

The Experience You Need for the Career You Want

An internship with Accenture will provide you with everything you need to start your career adventure. You’ll have the opportunity to experience our company culture, expand your network, and build skills that you’ll be able to apply anywhere. And you won’t just be shadowing others—you’ll be in the mix right from the start. Your responsibilities might include conducting research, analyzing data, testing software or writing reports.

Application Process and Deadlines

Accenture offers paid summer undergraduate and MBA internships in various locations around the United States.

The majority of our undergraduate intern roles are within our consulting business, supporting technology, management consulting, strategy and industry. Interns participate in a variety of roles, including those of an actual full-time analyst.

MBA interns work with Accenture Strategy and in management consulting, fulfilling the roles and responsibilities of full-time consultant.

MBA interns also benefit from multiple networking and professional development opportunities, including joining their fellow North American MBA interns at orientation week, attending Accenture Strategy College and interacting with senior leaders.

How to Apply

The majority of our internship roles are available for students who have completed their junior year of undergraduate study or first year of an MBA. Undergraduate members of the Accenture Student Empowerment Program who have completed their sophomore year of study may also be eligible to apply for an internship.

We look for students that demonstrate leadership, strong academic performance, motivation and involvement on campus, and an interest in a consulting career.

Applications are typically due in the early winter timeframe. Students should check with their career center to find specific deadlines for their campus. To view job descriptions, visit our Job Search page and search by keyword "intern".
