Product Platform Engineering & Modernization Consultant

• 5+ years of experience in Consulting, Product/Software Platforms, Platform Architecture/Design.

• Experience of working in Technology Product Management, Software Engineering, Software Architecture, Solution Design & Engineering Delivery Management.

• Ability to work in Global Environment using Onshore Offshore model.

• Proven track record of delivering high-impact, high-visibility engagements for large Communications & Media, Software Platforms, High Tech, or Engineering clients.

• Experience in contribution to large-scale digital transformation or digital/software product management experience (b2b or b2c) as part of the core/scale team is preferred.

• Worked in Management/Technology consulting & engineering services background.

As a Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering high-impact client solutions by bringing together offerings with a clear understanding of the client problem statement.

• Supporting the development of offerings, material, tools in Platform Engineering, Product Management & Platform Data Management.

• Owning and managing key stakeholder relationships with the account team as per deployment in the areas of Platform Engineering.

• Developing personal capability in areas of Product Management, Agile Engineering, Data Platforms & Delivery.

• Supporting executives in growing the consulting business.

• Contributing positively to the leadership group of Product & Platform Engineering.

Manager/Senior Manager:

• 10+ years (for Manager) or 15+ years (for Senior Manager) of total experience

• 8+ years of experience in Consulting, Product/Software Platforms, Platform Architecture/Design

• Experience of working in Technology Product Management, Software Engineering, Software Architecture, Solution Design & Engineering Delivery Management.

• Ability to work in Global Environment using Onshore Offshore model

• Proven track record of delivering high-impact, high-visibility engagements for large Communications & Media, Software Platforms, High Tech or Engineering clients.

As a Manager/Senior Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading Product & Platform Engineering transformation solution development to drive growth for Accenture’s clients.

• Build & curate offerings, material, tools in Platform Engineering transformation, Product Management, Process Excellence, Cybersecurity & AI/GenAI and Data Management.

• Design & execute measurable go-to-market activities & initiatives aligned with the objectives of the business group in transformation (i.e. SAP SD, data migration, SAP4hana and ServiceNow and AI).

• Own & manage key stakeholder relationships with global offering leaders in the areas of Platform Engineering.

• Building the capability of the team in areas of Product Management, Agile Engineering, Data Platforms & Delivery and Change Management.

• Delivering high-impact client solutions by bringing together offerings with a clear understanding of the client problem statement.

• Owning & growing the consulting business in areas mentioned above.

• Contributing positively to the leadership group of Product & Platform Engineering.
