Requisitos
- Good level of English
- Knowledge of IT related concepts needed to troubleshoot administrative issues.
- Experience with Windows and Unix operating systems is required;
- Expert Knowledge of SAP Basis concepts;
- Knowledge of SAP ERP, HCM, JAVA, ABAP, BW, HANA, Adobe Document Services, GRC;
- Intermediate knowledge of Oracle, MSSQL and HANA database systems;
- Knowledge of Solution Manager;
- Knowledge of performing client copies, system refreshes and database management, create and delete clients, organize system copies;
- Knowledge of SAP Support model and how to engage SAP enterprise support
