Main Responsibilities:
- Team lead for ServiceNow developers, while also being a technical advisor
- Work closely with the client's business function to design and implement a target state process
- Achieve buy-in from stakeholders and drive adoption of new methods
- Identify opportunities for clients to achieve future success
- General support, administration, and maintenance of ServiceNow platform and associated applications
- Assess existing artifacts, documentation, and data to baseline client performance against best practices.
- Oversee the business process assessment, target state design, and road map activities
- Gather business requirements
- Understand business capabilities of tools
- Negotiate what is expected to be configured out-of-the box or customized
- Facilitate design sessions and align on how solutions meet business requirements/user stories
- Enable the adoption of new processes, procedures and tools
- Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications
Qualifications Required:
- 3+ years ServiceNow experience in an enterprise environment
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, a similar technical discipline, or comparable experience
- Must be technically savvy and possess strong experience configuring ServiceNow
- Familiar with Service Oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, REST)
- Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and running JAD sessions
- ServiceNow CSA Certification
