Application Operational Owners
-Ensure efficient performance of a platform or application;
-Oversee incidents, problems, and changes that impact the platform or application;
-Proactively generate the resources and scheduling of the release plan;
-Periodically review operations and services of the platform to ensure they are working as expected;
-Periodically work locally with the client application owners to report and analyse exploration and operation tasks, planning and preparing new needs;
-Guarantee the existence of a portfolio of activities. Accompany resource and project maintenance activities;
-To act as representative to the Customer Operations Center in Portugal.
-These activities will be located in Lisbon. This function will be included in normal working hours
Exercises and experience required include:
-Minimum qualifications: equivalent experience (2 years);
-To know in depth aspects of the technical functioning of:
-OpenText Document Access for SAP; OpenText Enterprise Content Server; OpenText Invoice Capture Center for SAP; OpenText Livelink Enterprise Archive Administration; OpenText Livelink Imaging 9.5; OpenText XECM
-Know how to communicate with levels of management of an efficient and effective platform.
-Ability to investigate and develop new solutions that respond to the needs of service and technology solutions, transforming a strategy into practical solutions;
-Experience in analysis and resolution of incidents and problems;
-This role must be carried out locally in Portugal.
