We are looking for a logistics management analyst for a retail client, delivering said service according to the committed quality and level of service. You will work jointly with the client's logistics management team and report to the head of the Accenture logistics management service team.

Responsibilities and functions

• Achievement of deliverables and tasks according to the committed quality and level of service.

• Interaction with client systems for task management.

• Support in the preparation of reports.

• Manage the resolution of urgent incidents by call with clients and/or other external interested parties.

Working model

1st year 100% onsite with the possibility of moving to a 50% model from the first year or stabilization
