We are seeking experienced consultants with a strong track record in driving business transformation within insurance companies. This role emphasizes expertise in business processes, project management, and strategic consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating on the implementation of digital transformation initiatives for insurance companies.
- Defining, analyzing, and designing operational models, identifying improvement opportunities, and establishing SLAs.
- Leading the implementation and management of Project Management Offices (PMOs) and Transformation Management Offices (TMOs) for core insurance transformation projects.
- Facilitating communication among multiple stakeholders, including various levels of management within Accenture and client organizations.
- Conducting analysis and developing strategies for master plans and quick wins.
- Utilizing agile methodologies for project management and adapting to changing business needs.
- Driving change management efforts to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and technologies.

Requisitos
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in business transformation consulting, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Deep understanding of insurance domains such as Claims, Underwriting, and Finance.
- Familiarity with insurance products, including Life and Non-Life.
- Proficiency in new methodologies such as Design Thinking and Agile.
- Experience in business capability realization, solution development, and roadmap creation.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage business cases and cultivate strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative mindset to tackle complex challenges effectively.
