Job description:
We are seeking a results-driven SAP Payroll and Time/Workforce Management Leader with experience in Payroll and Time/Workforce Management transformation (“Cloud” and/or “On Premise”) projects across multiple Industries to be part of our SAP HXM Intelligent Platform Team that operates market wide across EMEA. To ensure success as an SAP leader, you should have extensive knowledge of payroll and time/workforce management business processes and all SAP and Ecosystem solutions including service delivery providers (“Cloud” and/or “On Premise”).
The successful candidate will be seen as a thought leader in this space to drive conversation with C-level executives on the transformation of these critical business processes.
Part of your role you will be able to accurately design and document the solution including the system integration with SAP and its Ecosystem. As an accomplished SAP Leader you will be someone whose expertise results in optimized business operations for our clients and us.

Requisitos
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Payroll and Time/Workforce Management go to market and pipeline
Lead or support solutioning requirements for organizations
Determining business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations
Assessing existing IT infrastructure and recommending improvements
QA the Development configuration of SAP and Ecosystem solutions
Oversee the delivery of SAP and Ecosystem solutions and ensuring smooth system integration
Creation, maintenance and publishing of PoV’s and Thought Leadership pieces focused on Payroll and Time
Keeping abreast of the latest SAP and Ecosystem offerings, updates, and developments
Basic qualifications:
SAP-accredited or certified experience
Demonstrable experience as an SAP consultant in Payroll and Time
Up to date knowledge of SAP and Ecosystem systems, deployment, and integration
Current knowledge of Payroll and Time/Workforce Management business processes
Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills
Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in English, and knowledge of other European languages would be an asset
