We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an M&A Strategy Manager or Senior Manager. As a passionate, curious, and driven team player with over 7 years of experience for the Senior Manager position (or over 5 years of experience for the Manager position), you will play a key role in igniting ideas, pushing boundaries, and driving innovation. Requisitos
What we need from you:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or a corporate internal consulting role (e.g., M&A, strategy, business development) with a Fortune 500 firm.
Previous exposure to at least one stage of the merger & acquisition life cycle (with specific delivery, pre- or post-merger activity).
Demonstrated ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving oriented manner.
Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills.
Experience and enthusiasm for working in an international cross-border environment.
Interest in digital and technology as levers for value creation.
Academic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from a top-tier school.
Native or near-native command of spoken and written English and Spanish.
