Role & Responsabilities
As an Entry-Level Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes and requirements related to automotive dealerships, with a strong focus on enhancing aftersales operations through digital solutions. You will collaborate closely with the project team to design and implement efficient business solutions that optimize processes and improve customer experience.
In this role, you will analyze existing dealership workflows, identify areas for improvement, and help implement digital tools that streamline operations. Your work will be pivotal in ensuring that business solutions align with overall strategic objectives while supporting continuous improvement and driving the success of digital aftersales strategies.
Additionally, you will provide expert guidance and support to the project team, assist in troubleshooting challenges, and ensure that the project is executed smoothly, on time, and within budget. Your contributions will be crucial in ensuring that all digital initiatives are effectively integrated and that they achieve the desired outcomes. This position offers the exciting opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation of the automotive industry, working in a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth, innovation, and the development of cutting-edge solutions.
At least 1 year of proven experienced in the automotive industry, especially in dealership networks in a dynamic fast-peace environment/Consultancy.
Madrid or Barcelona location.
Fluent in Spanish and English is mandatory
Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate ideas and results on all organization levels
