Requisitos
Job Description:
- Responsible of leading teams to undertake IT projects/maintenance activities in Financial Entities
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise international IT teams (usually 5-8 people)
- Ensure delivery on time and quality of service deliverables. Ensure Service Level Agreements accomplishment
- Identify and promote actions to improve the service
Basic Qualifications:
- +3 years’ experience leading teams in maintenance/project IT in Technology area and specifically in Financial Service Sector
- Good communication skills. Used to interact with client and application end-users
- Strong technical knowledge in one or more of the following languages is essential: Visual Basic, Ebranch or Clipper
- Definition of Technical Designs, layout of the new screens and implementation in those programming languages
- Good level of spoken and written English is mandatory
- Strongly result-oriented profile
