About the role
Strategy & Consulting professionals help transform the world’s leading organizations, working across the C-suite to capitalize on disruption, enable competitiveness, and drive growth and profitability via continuous innovation.
We are looking for consultants and managers (3 to 9 years of experience) to be part of the leading Strategy & Consulting practice focused on Aerospace and Defense industry. Concretely, we are looking professional with demonstrated and relevant experience in:
· Complex manufacturing industries as (list is not exhaustive) aerospace and defense, shipyard, equipment manufacturing, semiconductors or automotive.
· Industry X.0, combining emerging, connected and smart technologies to digitally transform industry
· Supply chain and operations transformation: manufacturing engineering, planning, production, logistics, transportation.
· Application of Analytics and Big data in an industrial environment
· Customer focused and value-driven engagements, in which concrete and measurable business value for the client value chain is top priority
· Other functional experiences valuated would be finance & controlling, order to cash, program management

Requisitos
Preferred skills
· Experienced in complex products manufacturing industries, with special focus on planning, manufacturing and supply chain & logistics activities
· Ability to execute projects and bring innovation to our clients
· Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly and proactively communicate ideas and results on all organization levels
· Analytical mindset and skills
· Basic knowledge on industry standard toolsets as ERP, PLM and/or MES systems.
· Customer centric approach, with a business value-driven orientation
· People development and team building skills
· High level fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory. French and/or German skills are very nice to have.
