We are actively looking for an A ops lead whose main responsibilities will be


  • Act as in-house platform expert and escalation point on product and technology issues.
  • Document best practices and seek out opportunities to improve existing processes.
  • Serve as the technical authority for all technical issues involved in running online ad campaigns (including trafficking of remarketing capabilities, VAST/In-Stream Video, Rich Media and Audio)
  • Work with media, creative and analytics teams at the onset of a campaign to identify and implement all creative and technical requirements
  • Ensure creative is compliance with ad policies.
  • Set up display and video campaigns in ad server tools.
  • Monitoring campaigns and providing support for media channels.
  • Create reports and build reporting requirements for data management and analytics teams
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues with campaign delivery, performance, and discrepancies.
  • Implementing, testing and QA'ing third-party tags prior to launch.
  • Pixels management.
  • Respond to requests within the defined timelines.
  • Own the day to day agency relationship for large channels and be the face of the internal team.
  • Ensure that our account delivery, service levels and performance to the client is industry leading.
  • Manage a team of junior and senior account executives, leading performance reviews and overseeing professional development.



  • Extensive knowledge of CM, Sizmek and third-party ad serving platforms.
  • Experience with VAST/VPAID/HTML5 ad formats.
  • Extensive experience working with Full Stack Technologies (GMP, Sizmek, etc.).
  • At least 3 years´experience in Ad Ops
