We are looking for a Programmatic Channel Lead

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Own the day to day client relationship for large Programmatic accounts and be the face of the internal team.
  • Ensure that our account delivery, service levels and performance to the client is industry leading.
  • Monitor performance and analyze results to achieve KPIs in conjuction with the rest of the Programmatic team.
  • Ensure effective communication across internal teams and across the client, media owners and agency partners.
  • Lead quarterly business review meetings as well as other senior-level client meetings and presentations.
  • Create presentations on performance and strategy updates to share with various levels of Accenture organization and clients.
  • Monitor account profitability and ensure accurate billing and forecasting to ensure the financial health of the accounts.
  • Responsible for the overall delivery of and client satisfaction.
  • Manage team of Junior and Senior Account Executives, leading performance reviews and overseeing professional development.

Essential Skills & Experience
 

  • Extensive experience managing programmatic campaigns across different platforms, with a focus on DoubleClick (DBM & Campaign Manager),  AppNexus and The Trade Desk.
  • Extensive experience working with Campaign Manager (Google´s Ad Server)
  • Ability to think strategically and identify and resolve problems in a client-centric environment.
  • Ability to nurture and retain client relationships & understand how Programmatic can feed into wider business goals.
  • Strong managerial experience, including experience developing and mentoring a team.
  • Experience working with financial data and budgets.
  • Experience of collaborating with senior level stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Experience working in an agency is a must.
  • Good at numbers and with a performance based mindset.
  • Ability to have fun.
