Accenture Cloud First is seeking a Salesforce Einstein analytics Solutions Architect to serve as a domain expert for sales and delivery teams on analytics platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in BI as well as reporting knowledge on Salesforce. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to lead teams to successfully scope, design and deliver large enterprise deployments of Salesforce Einstein Analytics applications
The Salesforce Einstein analytics Solutions Architect will be responsible for:
· Leading and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce Einstein analytics
· Managing resource requirements and project team members.
· Leading business and functional requirements definition and prioritization/scoping of requirements.
· Mapping functional requirements (reports and dashboards) to Einstein analytics features and functionality.
· Drive UAT and go live phases for the features under the scope of the project.
· Maintaining and coordinate communication with the customer throughout each project.
· Disseminating best practices on solution positioning and delivery.
· Supporting pre-sales activities inclusive of participating in sales calls and proposal development.
· Advising on Strategic Accounts to provide the best subject matter expertise.
· Previous technology consulting work experience required.
· Proven consulting experience and leading solution definition for Salesforce Einstein analytics engagements.
· Candidates must be familiar with some of the coding languages commonly used in ETL tools
· Hands-on experience in analyzing data, identifying trends and building visualizations
· Exposure to pre-sales activities, including detailed project planning and effort estimation activities.
· Minimum of 1 year of Salesforce.com implementation experience.
· Customer relationship management experience (service, marketing and/or sales).
· Ability and willingness to travel
· Strong communication and articulation of ideas is required.
· Supervisory and team lead experience preferred.
· Experience with Agile implementation methodologies
· Salesforce.com certifications (Admin, Sales and Service Cloud Consultant) helpful.
· Bachelor's degree preferred.
· High level of English, oral and written.
