Application Development Associate Manager (Multiple Positions)
Application Development Associate Manager (Multiple Positions) (Accenture LLP; Austin, TX): Develop, design, and maintain software products or systems to enable client strategies. Analyze, design, build, and test new components or enhancements to existing module. Analyze and solve moderately complex problems. Design and code applications to functional and technical programming standards. Develop system specifications and interfaces for moderately complex components. Create operational documentation for the application. Provide primary support for installation of application releases into production. Maintain applications according to SLAs. Develop and implement testing plans. Work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system roll-outs, major/minor enhancements, and/or ongoing maintenance of existing applications. Understand strategic direction set by senior management and implement methods and procedures set by management. Work with team members to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.
• Of the required experience: 5 years of experience must be in each of the following: Designing, developing, and delivering business solutions in the Healthcare industry; accepting, editing, pricing, and adjudicating healthcare claims; Long-term care claims processing, including edits, pricing, and financials; utilizing IBM z/OS and HP Non-Stop OS for developing and maintaining software applications; CA-GEN and IBM COBOL programming utilizing all of the following tools: CA GuardIEn, CSE access, CA Toolset, Job Control language (JCL), and Netbatch Plus; and, utilizing all of the following tools for software development: HP Visual Inspect, Canam Report Composer, CA INTERTEST, HP-ALM, CA7, QMF, File master, SPUFI, INFOMAN, Endeavor, Xpeditor, and CA-Diagram Trace Utility; and, 4 years of experience must be in each of the following: Utilizing IBM-DB2, Oracle, and NonStop SQL; Programming of windows based applications using Microsoft Visual basic (VB6) and Microsoft Visual Studio (TFS); and, utilizing MS-SQL Server, TFS, and Microsoft SSRS report generating software to create various reports for stakeholders.
• Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
