Join this innovative team executing on our Communications Plan including support to Stakeholder Interviews, Focus Groups, and Overall Stakeholder engagement. This is a small team, and the candidate will be exposed directly to our main client as well as other client partners. The role will be in Northern VA area, and candidate should be comfortable moving between client buildings from Tysons through Herndon. This program is still in the base year, and we expect a long term engagement with this client as they are moving to a new approach to delivering Talent and HR services to their customers.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years experience providing strategic communications to a federal client.
  • Minimum 3 years experience developing, editing, delivering messages to workforce at all levels by e-communications, briefs, and visual data.
  • US Citizenship required; dual citizens not accepted.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HR or Talent Business Area Experience (Business).
  • ERP or HRIS Implementation or Support Experience.
  • Proven experience to lead diverse groups conducting or supporting execution of focus groups.
  • Ability to gain consensus.
  • Willingness to support multiple workstreams across Communications, Stakeholder Engagement, and IT support.

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
