The Europe Campaign Market Development Campaigns Lead is responsible for the localization, and execution of priority global Accenture Operations marketing campaigns and programs across key Europe markets. In collaboration with our offerings, internal communications and client experience marketing teams, this individual will create and drive integrated campaigns that are strategically relevant for Europe including: adapting any messaging/positioning and content for the market, providing relevant content counsel on opportunity and client centric sales campaigns, developing client case studies, partnering with geographic marketing teams to develop integrated strategy for regional events and sponsorships, supporting media and industry analyst relations activities, coordinating internal and executive communications and planning targeted social media marketing.

The individual will report to the Global Campaign and Client Experience Lead, and will work closely with the North America, LATAM, and APAC Market Development Campaign leads, in addition to business executives, sales and accounts executives, and their teams to create strong market awareness and generate sales growth for Accenture Operations in Europe.

 

Key Activities & Responsibilities:

• Ability and experience to create the right mix of marketing activities to support business

goals – from broad image, internal communications through to supporting the RFP process

• Proactive leadership – ability to provide proactive counsel to business leadership on all aspects of marketing and communications; ability to identify and resolve potential barriers with respect to program implementation.

• Create Europe-specific Accenture Operations messaging and storyline

-        Customize global campaigns to promote priority offerings and services strategic to Europe sales growth (Journey to Cloud, BPS, Innovation)

• Proactively drive the packaging of new credentials, win announcements and innovation stories, working with the centralized credentials and client experience marketing teams to package stories with quality, creativity and speed.

• Smart, ‘out of the box’ ideas for a highly competitive market space.

• Strong teaming, planning and communication skills are required to work well in a collaborative team with other professionals, on a global, complex scale.

• Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a very fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

•Ability to successfully juggle multiple projects and stakeholders, at any one time.

• Given the varying time zones across the portfolio of geographies within Europe and extended global marketing team there must be a certain degree of flexibility over work hours/timing, when necessary.

• Ability to motivate, mentor and optimize in a team-oriented environment.
